WHAT'S GOING ON?
Our Facebook page AED4LIFE will be changing it's name to Aidan's Emergency Devices.
We are proud to announce that we won an AED in a giveaway from AED.US. We have donated this AED to the Cherokee Recreation and Parks Authority. This AED will be located at the Riverside Athletic Complex. Located within J.J. Biello Park, the Riverside Athletic Complex includes 6 athletic fields which play host to local football, soccer and lacrosse leagues as well as tournament play throughout the year. This AED will be accessible during all practices and games. We'd like to thank CRPA for working with us to train coaches and assistant coaches in CPR/AED.
We'd like to thank New Covenant Bible Church for contacting us about obtaining an AED for their church on Scott Road in Canton. This AED is right inside the door of their fellowship hall easily accessible if needed. If your church is in need of an AED please contact us.
Big shout out to Lyndon Academy on Toonigh Road for having us in to certify their staff and faculty in First Aid/CPR/AED.
We are also extremely proud to announce that we will be working with the Cherokee Outdoor YMCA and the Canton YMCA on our common goal to assure that volunteers are trained in using an AED and performing CPR as well raising funds to purchase AED's to donate through our foundation. The outdoor YMCA will be sponsoring spring and fall soccer tournaments in Aidan's name and will be combining the 8U Aidan Heath Shootout with East Cobb and Kennesaw YMCA's. These tournaments will be an all day event at the Cherokee Outdoor YMCA. Be on the lookout for the fall tournament date!!! The AED at the Outdoor YMCA will now be located at the concession and easily accessible should the need arise, which we hope it doesn't!!!!!
We'd also like to thank our anonymous angel for donating our Aidan's Emergency Devices banner and #AED4LIFE window decals.
